This company is really great for last minute accommodations which is what I needed. They came on time the 2 gentlemen that picked me up from hospital after total hip replacement. They were very caring and really nice it was the most pleasant and comfortable 31 min drive. You get regular updates on were they are the time there coming even phone calls to confirm everything so there was no confusion. It was a very pleasant transportation. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Rainbow Road is excellent service. The customer service people are very kind and very efficient. Our driver Eric was so courteous and patient and did his job so well. From beginning to end we are so thankful for this company and will tell many about it.
The bar in service was excellent.
Amazing service. The driver was on time and took good care of my mother. Helped her in the house and sat her on her chair. Very helpful and accommodating. I will call Rainbow for a driver transport service whenever I need it.
