First time we used Rainbow and were definitely pleased with their service Had a round trip wheelchair transport to the doctor. At both ends of the trip the vans arrived within 5 minutes or the scheduled arrival time. Both drivers, Johnathan and Marek, were very professional and friendly. Will definitely use again

I used your service on August 3, 2025 at 4:45 P.M. I wanted transport to the hospital my physicians are at, not the closest hospital. My Lady who is a retired OR nurse of 44 years at LaGrange Hospital looked for a reasonably priced transport service. Yours is most reasonable. I can't say enough about Rainbow Road. Our driver Marek was absolutely wonderful! Very compassionate and caring. This is a company who really cares about the client and their family.
I love rainbow road. Friendly drivers timely pick up some drop offs. You couldn't ask for a better disabled ride service
