They only have one bus that runs from Alex to Glennwood and there is nothing else they can do about it is what I was told. People just have to sit around and wait for them. How is this fair to people who have appointments/errands but have no other means of travel. That means sometimes having to sit around for hours on end?? There has to be a better way to help those in need.

Dispatcher Toledo kept telling me all day that there was no rides available. I kept calling different times throughout the day. Toledo said that there was no transportation going through any of the locations, I needed to be picked up from. I saw many rainbow riders come through with basically an empty rainbow rider. Called rainbow rider, kept getting same dispatcher, Toledo, all day long and telling her that these riders have room for me, drivers said they could take me just call dispatch and set it up for me. Have called rainbow rider multiple times asking them to stop turning around in our driveway. It damages our new asphalt and they refuse to stop. We’ve already had it redone and will need to again.
