1 star only because zero isn’t an option. The nursing staff does not reposition patients regularly, which directly leads to severe and completely preventable bed sores. The care is inadequate, the communication is poor, and families are left in the dark about what is actually happening with their loved ones. Do your family a favor and look elsewhere—this facility does not provide the level of care any patient deserves. It is unacceptable, especially from people who took an oath to do no harm.
They will not let me talk to my father going on 8 months now
My mother in law passed away shortly after a bad incident here. The bath aide scrubbed her leg too hard, causing an emergency surgery and shortly passed away after. Please be cautious if placing your loved ones here. Other than the bath aide, we had no complaints.
Staff is somewat decent. Patients stay sleep. Front desk. Is ok
