Rainbow Omega is God sent for my brother, he started as some day trips to go and walk other people besides family until became president , doing small and simple task learning to do jobs at the workshop and now living in the SS house, he loves living there.
Great place to work. Great team of nurses and aides who all help out where needed to take care of our residents. The ICF is the place to work!
Management was among the worst that I’ve ever seen. Usually rude and when I would say hello to try and be nice and professional they would walk right by and ignore me. They always treated me like they were better than me and would talk down to me. The founder’s son got on to me when I became ill and had to go to the hospital one morning. He made it clear to me that he didn’t care about me and that all he cared about was getting things done.
