What is the point of having lifetime warranty on a machine when nobody will answer the phone or call you back and the office has shut down Not they say there is no life time warranty so I was lied too by my sale person
Return process at over 4 weeks. No money back. My wife and I had a sales rep in our home and weren’t sure if we really needed the unit. They sold on us it’s 600$ cheaper if you buy it now. So we decided to buy it and think over night on it. The next day we decided to return the unit. Our sales rep was great and picked up the unit the next day. No problems so far!! However. Loved the presentation for the larger air purifier. Has many attachments for different uses and surfaces. Samantha was awesome and personable. I have the little rainbow air purifier for bedroom and I think it makes a lot of different in air quality. Must have product in the home.
Best decision I have ever made investing in my rainbow!!! Absolutely love it!!!
