I called in looking for a reliable broker to help me on a foreclosure. I was being scammed by nationwide retention center at the time. Thank God Dave answered and saved me. He doesn't even work on foreclosures, and he gave me info that he did know and directed me some creditable steps to take. He didn't stop there, he called me back to say he got me some names of people that could help in a last resort.
