Superior Product, Awesome Customer Service! I couldn't be happier with our experience with Rainbow Direct. They have a great selection of the coolest playsets ever! The Sales People were very helpful and made the whole experience easy, right through to the installation, which was fast and professional. I love our playset because it gets the kids off their screens and outside, having a blast running around playing and being kids. I strongly recommend!

After a lot of research landed on Rainbow and it is the best. Great product. Chris the salesman in Danbury and installers were awesome!
I came in asking for pricing the guy waved his hands like I was crazy. I gave him a second chance to get up off of his desk and come outside to show me pieces and he still was being a jerk. I'd rather take my business elsewhere
