Very unprofessional. Has moved from the Glen Huntly address but hasn't bothered to change it on his website and continues to take appointment thru his web page which sends out the booking confirmation but he is not even there. Doesn't answer his mobile other. Extremely bad customer service and very poor communication.

Luke is a wonderful therapist who is both welcoming and experienced. Had a great one hour massage with Luke and will be back for sure!
