I expected professionalism and efficiency, but unfortunately, this firm did not deliver either. Would not recommend.
Warning: don't do business with these people! They kept my documents from me for almost 2 months, then they tried to charge me just to return my W2s to me. I found out they kept copy 2 of my wife and I's documents. I went back and had to ask for them, and was told "there, those are all of the originals." I asked if that meant that they made photocopies and was told yes, they did. I had to stand there and watch them shred photocopies of all of my documents before leaving.
