Rain is such a beautiful spa. I highly recommend the salt cave yoga. It is so relaxing! I have a lot of sports injuries but being in the salt cave and doing the gentle stretch’s has me leaving there feeling amazing. The instructor is very pleasant and gently talks you through each movement. If you enjoy the quite, relaxing stretch’s that yoga offers rain spa salt cave yoga is number one!
the halotherapy yin yoga in the salt cave was a transcendent experience, a like spa day, guided meditation, massage, and practice in one. 10/10 worth every cent.
