As a supplier to this company they are SCUM. They screwed me out of thousands of dollars and play games by not speaking to me and putting all calls directly to voicemail. Do NOT do business with this company. They are probably not long for going out of business!!!
My facility purchased an IWF from Rain Drop in Oct. 2021. During initial install, it was discovered that the large staircase on the structure was made incorrectly, several of the fiberglass supports arrived with cracks, some of the painting was incorrect, and much of the hardware was missing.
