Juanita was so helpful while Mother was considering different options. She was very patient and answered all of our questions. The two delivery guys were awesome too. They were very helpful and just all around nice people. And, just as promised, they called when the backup battery for the recliner arrived. They even provided instructions on how to install. This is a great company and team of helpful friendly people.
