Very quick and easy purchase. Went in on Saturday. Cherlyn made a call to see if they had the Loveseat I saw online in their Albany store. She was able to get it on the truck to Columbus and it was just delivered and is in our Living Room. Delivery guys were great too! Pleasant experience all the way around.
