I loved my experience shopping at Rails Fashion Island! Bri and Lee are the nicest people and helped me to find the perfect shirts for my upcoming vacation. I am very picky and they still managed to find me great clothes! Truly the best customer service that you don’t find at other stores. I highly recommend and I will for sure be back!
Shop with Lee at Rails Newport Beach. She's an excellent stylist and helped me pick out an amazing collection of outfits for the summer and vacation. She was very attention and helpful and had wonderful suggestions for items I wouldn't have picked out myself, but loved and still were my style. Thanks, Lee!
0 stars for inclusivity, all the women's clothes out are 1 sx and 1 s the only larges to seen were in menswear. Gross, just gross
Wish I could leave 0 stars. Walked in to buy 2 items and walked right out. My baby screamed and I heard the sales associate Brook tell someone else “great birth control”. Terrible.
