I visited Rails for the first time during one of their big sales. The quality of the product was wonderful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Dominique in particular was very knowledgeable about the product and offered me some great fashion advice. I’ll definitely be returning.
Had a making experience at this store several months ago, and they had a special the day we went with an additional 30% off the already great prices. All the staff were so helpful and husband and I spent way too much money. They said I would get notified when new stock comes in (we live close) but sadly never received any emails or texts from them.
Found this store not too long ago and the girl Marjorie (hope I spelled that right) was amazing. Super patient and helpful. I'd go there for her. The other girl was lazy and rude I think her name is Han, Hun, Haun? Not sure. If it wasn't for the other I named, I'd give this place 2 stars for customer service.
Always has a great selection of Rails clothing and sales every time I come! The staff are very kind, especially Yolanda
