Such great customer service! I was visiting Boston for the first time and it was also my first time visiting Rail's a couple of weeks ago, and the people here are so genuine and great!
I’ve window shopped Rails for a little and I’ve seen their collection grow better each quarter. Great go to place to build a capsule wardrobe but also a great place to find dressier pieces. Alexa has been someone I normally see when I visit and she makes the store feel warm and welcoming. She has great product knowledge and is great at sharing top sellers as well as suggestive selling based upon my likes/dislikes. I had a wonderful experience at this store. They helped me get a dress to wear for a wedding at the last minute. Special shout out to the store manager, Carly, for going above and beyond (had the dress steamed and ready for pick up). She even brought it outside and we were able to pay for it as we drove through town on our way to the Cape. It was unforgettable and very appreciated!
