Terrible customer service. Brandy as well as her colleagues at waste connections make excuses and just say I'm sorry and I understand rather than assisting in getting another can sent out since they took mine last week. Make note that I reported it damaged months ago... I had to call the county administrators office as well as county supervisors office for any actual assistance and both were VERY ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL is assuring I had another can delivered when waste connections failed .
I was hoping to see the lady in the black bra from the photos lol
New to this service. Just moved in my home but they won’t pick up the boxes unless I stuff them in the trash can along with my weekly trash. I honestly think it’s a who is over your route issue. Some workers will and some won’t. At least tell us so that way we can fix it for next time. Walls, MS
This is a edit of my review from the past they went out of their way to make sure to take care of the problems and to make things correct with me so we're going to give them another chance and hopefully things will go better so for right now everything is great
