Great customer service while you are placing your order and then it drops to a zero!! I ordered something with an 8 week lead time. It turned into a 12 week lead time, which is fine. I called numerous times to check the status and they don't call you back . I got a text stating my furniture was ready ------ a text? What about picking up the phone to schedule delivery? Needless, to say other neighbors are saying their experience is the same.
