Had some wheels done and ordered and paid for spares/extras at same time. They did the wheels and ?forgot? to give me the spares. When i chased them... radio silence. In contrast to the previous timely responses when I was commissioning the work. They did a good job on the wheel rebuild but very disappointing response to chasing what I have already paid for re. the spares.
I got a set of We are one rims with Yama hubs built by Raild wheels and the quality of the build is next level and they feel great on the bike. Matched with great customer service
My experience with Eugene was great, quick communication, easy payment and timely shipping. Did an amazing price on the wheel set, DT 541 on DT 350 straight pull hubs, fantastic upgrade from stock.
Awesome products from Eugene. Much appreciated and super easy to deal with. The GX 10-50 cassette and XX chain have nice finished off the mullet set up on my gravel bike.
Emailed Eugene with requirements and after ordering some Yama hubs and hoops, had the wheels shipped, fitted and riding within 3 days. Amazing service and turn around even better supporting a local Australian cycling business.
