Really poor service from Eugene, I bought a rear derailleur on the recommendation of a bike mechanic only to find out it would not work with my Cassette etc, 2 days after purchasing I explained all this via email and sms to Eugene who just blanked me - it was a genuine reason for returning but The Brig have not responded, disappointing and bad service!
3 years and 4,000+km of riding in BC, Canada with zero issues. Broke a frame and bones but not even a loose spoke in that time. Great build quality from Eugene and the boys at Raild.
The experience I’ve had with raild has been nothing short of apalling and incredibly Unprofessional. I first saw a listing from Eugene’s fb market place listing onyx vespers at a “cost price special” in early October 2023. I tho wanted a classic hub, so I messaged him about them to which he replied he can get them in the specific colour I was after and has current stock of plain colours. Excellent and fast service, good prices.
Bought a new wheel set for my wife and I to ride around Australia on. Halfway through our travels and they're going well. Nice to have strong hand built wheel set to rely on. Cheers Eugene. 🤙
