Very cramped and not great parking, everything is so unbelievably overpriced,, and they keep the laziest hours of all time, seems like owner doesn't even want to run the store. I know what you're thinking, "I want a bike today, I just want to go to the store and get one". Youd be 100% better off ordering one online from Amazon or Walmart. Here there is a very limited and very overpriced selection. ( Edit: nor do they answer the phone during their very short and lazy hours)
Excellent service!. I brought my Rad Power E-Bike in with 2 codes and bike was not working. I brought the bike in and had them take a look at it . Within a few days they had a diagnosis of the issue and they found the parts to repair my bike. I found the bill to replace the control unit on my E-bike to be very fair and reasonable. I got my bike back and I took it for a 17 mile ride with no issues. I highly recommend Rail Trail E-Bikes to anyone in the need for repairs or a new bike. I'm terribly disappointed. I took my 60cc scooter in to have all the module wiring reconnected. Nearly three weeks passed, and after waiting so long, I had to call because they wouldn't even contact me with an update. When I got tired of waiting, I went to the store. I had to travel for about an hour and a half to get there, and they charged me $200. When I got home and removed the inspection cover from the scooter, all the wires were still the same. So basically I waited about 3 weeks plus 3 hours of travel and $200 dollars... read more
