Called ahead and they had 2 bikes ready when we arrived. Bikes were in great condition and so easy to pedal that we did an extra 10 miles. Prices very reasonable.
They helped us out with a minor bike repair on the trail. Super thankful
Fair quality bike. Customer service okay. We rented 3 E-bikes. We were told average distance is 30 miles battery per bike. 2 bikes were fine, 3rd bike the battery died any the halfway point which was Chatham. It made for a long trip back. We did not let it ruin our time but when we got back and told the owner about the battery issue, made comments like when did it die, how many miles (like we were lying), I asked about any sort of refund, he said “no” and did not apologize even once for not checking the battery before we lef... read more
Fast and friendly service for a rental - we were on the rail trail in no time. I hadn't used a tag-along before and they gave some good tips to help us be a bit more stable! No issues at all with the rental equipment and the return was fast and easy. The location can't be beat - ride a couple of miles toward Harwich to find a nice, quiet beach on a pond. Ride a couple of miles towards Orleans to get to Cobie's and Nickerson Park. Great experience!
