Por el amor de dios q estos son tan ineptos. Esta señora ni siquiera puede identificar un ajuste de status. Quieren el Pago adelantado y se enfocan en eso ....sra ud cree q le voy a confiar mi caso a ud o a su organizacion q ni siquiera la han entrenado a ud a hablar con seguridad ....
So I came to his place to see if they could help with my case. Alexia took my case and she was very informative and kept me up to date. Unfortunately, she quit and another person took over my case but didn't do anything. I was very disappointed because I ask many times to get my FOIA and she ignored my request. Now she's gone too. 😔
