Filed my information 7 weeks ago. Called two weeks ago and today and my filing is in "preparation phase". This is not timely nor acceptable

Used to be a good company till they moved location and than began payroll for express employment service .. we told them to amendment for 2019 tax and never got it .. they don’t care about long term customers or show favoritism .. maybe they should focus on customers instead of express
