I had a really good experience with Ragz. Took my boat in to get new carpeting, an auxiliary battery added, and a new stereo. Matt was very friendly and helped talk me through the prices and options with great transparency. The lead time was a little long, but again the shop was perfectly transparent about this, so I have no complaints. Initial estimate and final time were almost exactly what was originally promised.
