If you have Sandra Mitterling Schilder representing you RUN. She believes she’s privileged and speaks to customers in a rude and condescending manner. Trust me when I say RUN. She’s not professional and inconsiderate. She has no interpersonal skills whatsoever. Thinks highly of herself to let you know being rude is part of the culture at Ragsdale and Liggett.
