The staff was so rude. They don't have etiquette how to talk with others. One incident, a staff member invited me into the kitchen area to introduce me to the dietary staff, as I am a caregiver for a resident. Another staff member then stopped me and spoke to me rudely in front of others, stating that I was not allowed beyond a certain point. Mom is so happy there; so well cared for; excellent menu choices and flexibility; many activities daily for body, mind and soul! Could not ask for more. Mom’s smiles and friendships say it all!
