Ragged Mountain Running Shop is the epitome of great customer service! When I ordered my shoes Wednesday they gave me a discount code and free shipping. Then my shoes came in the mail today! I received a personalized email thanking me for my order and then today my shoes came with a sweet handwritten note! If you are in need of shoes, this is a great local business to support!
They have been helping me for years pick out the perfect shoe for my wide foot! 🤣 As long as they are around, I will not go anywhere else! ❤️❤️ Even during social distancing, we made it happen!
I had to start physical therapy due to my knee and it turned out one huge issue was my flat feet. Sadly, the Corona virus hit when I was going to go to the store to get shoes. I had called and spoken with Audrey, and through email and all, she was able to see my feet and what I needed and ended up recommending the perfect shoes for me! Thankful that this wonderful family was able to help me! I’m for sure a loyal customer now and recommend this place for everyone! Thank you again Audrey! ❤️
Got a kind note the other day from Mark, one of the owners, along with a pair of shoes I ordered by mail during the Coronavirus shutdown. I've been a customer here since the 1980s because of the outstanding customer service. Although I live 2 hours away, Mark still remembers which high school cross country team I ran for, and the name of my coach. Highly recommended!

Even though the shop is closed to the public with COVID 19, customer service is still amazing. Ordered shoes on a Friday morning had them mid afternoon the next day. Also got an email with some questions. You guys are the best! Thank you!!!!
