We visited Ragged Mountain from Louisiana while on a visit to family in Charlottesville. My husband purchased a pair of shoes and we went on our way. Fast forward three months, and his shoes now squeak when he walks. Checked manufacturer's website and needed a receipt for a warranty claim, so I contacted Alec by email.
