I booked this message online for my husband as a Fathers’ Day gift. When we arrived there, we asked if i could wait in the waiting area while my husband does the message. The Japanese lady kept saying no and asked us to leave. At that time, we felt so confused and disappointed. The customer service was so disappointing —it overshadowed what should have been a special Father’s Day.
