My husband and I have purchase doors twice from Rafael’s Doors and we have been very pleased with the professional, yet friendly way in which we have been treated. The side window on the second door we purchased did not look as good as we wanted it to. We spoke with them and as soon as they were able, they made the necessary adjustments without making us feel badly for requesting the change, and they didn’t even charge us!
