I found Predrag in 2015, when I needed a POA for my aging dad. He was compassionate, supportive, and professional. My wife and I went back for our Wills and POAs in 2018. He has now looked after five real-estate transactions (three purchases, two sales) for us as well! I chose him for the location; we stayed for the professionalism, efficiency, and ease. We had a poor experience. We were not greeted, except 'I presume you don't have an appointment'. Didn't share price, payment means until he presented an invoice which took longer to create than the two notary documents. We didn't ask about the price and were very surprised. Questioned that my bank app needed his name for payment. He was willing to credit us for our poor experience. Will not return or recommend.
