What was initially quoted as a simple $1,000 cease and desist letter ended up ballooning into a bill exceeding $3,400.00 — without any substantial work to justify the charges. We found their billing practices to be misleading and dishonest. I strongly urge others to proceed with caution and carefully review any agreements or invoices. Beware of unexpected and excessive fees.
