I have not seen Pete Radosevich be rude to anyone, so the comments here about rudeness are confusing to me. A few of my friends say they’ve seen him be “gruff.” In Pete’s case I think that could be true when he’s thinking, “I’m a well-trained lawyer and I have a job to do for you so let’s get to work.” I respect him and trust him to work earnestly in my best interest. I've read the reviews. Maybe he is good. That said, don't buy into his ad that he can " sleep at night". I called to set up an appointment and it was just aggressive and pushy. I hung up on him. Not the kind of attorney where the talk ("..can sleep at night...") matches the walk. Not a good choice for empaths.
I needed a mediation lawyer to handle a dispute. Called Radosevich Law and the phone call got cutoff. Mr. Radosevich called ME back immediately to apologize AND offer advice what type of lawyer I should pursue. Unfortunately, he doesn’t handle the specific area/matter. If any other legal matter arrives, I’d call him. In today’s world, things like this should be applauded.
Call to try and run through what’s happening and to see if he could help, the guy couldn’t even listen to what I have to say without being completely rude or cutting me off with “ what’s your question” over and over and over to finally say “I don’t have time for this” and hang up! Stay away from this place 100%
I had a strange case and reached out to Pete for help, and I was so glad I did. He’s very to the point, and doesn’t play around- which I love. He is professional, sharp, skilled and caring. He executed court beautifully. It’s been almost a year and a half since then and I still look back on a dark time very fondly because of him. Thank you for everything.
