I’ve been a regular customer at Radius Recycling in Cassidy for over two years, but I'm done. There is one specific guy working the yard who is consistently rude and frequently dishonest about weights and the quality of the metals brought in. During my last visit, he refused my entire load of brass over one single faucet knob. To make it worse, he made sure to loudly tell his new coworker, "that's how you deny a customer."
