I’ve been a regular customer at Radius Recycling in Cassidy for over two years, but I'm done. There is one specific guy working the yard who is consistently rude and frequently dishonest about weights and the quality of the metals brought in. During my last visit, he refused my entire load of brass over one single faucet knob. To make it worse, he made sure to loudly tell his new coworker, "that's how you deny a customer." These reviews are ridiculous I’ve been going here for 20 years and always exceptional service If you guys are acting like idiots they will treat you like one
Don’t waste your time here. Cramped yard, no instruction, and I actually got yelled at by an employee, for not following the protocol that they don’t tell you, or have signage for. Such a big operation , I guess they’re not worried about customer service… WAY better to deal with a family-owned operation 15 minutes away. Just search metal recycler, they’ll show up in your search.
