Radius Logistic did an amazing job! The team was professional, responsive, and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. Great communication and reliable service. Highly recommend!
Terrible experience from start to finish. My shipment arrived late, damaged, and partially destroyed. The entire process was handled very unprofessionally, with poor communication and zero accountability. To make things worse, the company claimed I signed the delivery papers — which I never did. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company if you expect reliability, honesty, or proper customer service.
Since we started using radius logistics our customers receiving shipments have had nothing but sang praises about their outstanding service.
