0 stars! Talk about hustlers!!!!! I was making payments for my capital one account. I figured I had worked with them before and it went well. I ended up in some financial issues and was going to miss a payment. I called and was told it would be ok because they didn’t see a due date on my account. I said ok that’s fine I will pay next check. I then can’t pay and completely forget to call. This wasn’t done on purpose. I had so much going on that I couldn’t keep track of everything. Worst company, they ran my debit card to apply payment. They had computer processing issues and that the payment did not process and for me to call back with Payment at another date. I found the payment pending then cleared in my account two days later. Then they proceeded to tell me that they won’t give me a paid letter cause they can’t track the payment I then gave them a copy of my bank statement showing the cleared payment and that still was not enough. Was called and they said they were a car and home company and I owed them $900 dollars. So I told them, "That's cute. I don't own a home." They said ohh well you owe us $900 for your car. So I told them, "That's cute. I don't own a car." They hung up immediately. #BrokeCollegeStudent
