This is a customer service oriented company. I had purchased one of the foldable toothbrushes for travel when I went to change the brush head about 45 days later I didn't do it right and I broke the handle. I had already bought replacement brush heads. I emailed the company about a replacement handle since I didn't see any at the retailer. They said that they did not sell them separately and then offered to send me a replacement travel toothbrush and they also explained how to change the brush head when it wore out.... Excellent company, easy to order my favorite made in USA Pure Brush (infant 6mos+) toothbrushes from their website & if you sign up for their emails, they often have great sales online. These are the best quality and softest toothbrushes for very sensitive teeth & gums from cancer, highly recommend this family owned small business with a superior line of made in USA non-bpa dental products for humans and pets alike.
We went to the factory store. Open, wear a mask. Saved a lot by going there, ended up buying more than I would have if I shopped online> Pleasant worker in the store, very helpful. Really like their products.
Outlet store is not open due to civic. Went twice. Wish they would update there info on their website.
