Beware!! I bought these, and the ends of the pick consistently broke off in my teeth. Also the floss thread would break. My dentist advised us not to use them.
Order was canceled and never got the refund, poor customer service, never give a call back
Thankful for a floss that can help clean in between my teeth without breaking. I have used countless flossing products (and techniques) to try to clean in between my teeth…especially after being DENIED FLOSS for years….and let me tell you, after that system abuse was over, I had a lot of issues that needed to be addressed. This is a customer service oriented company. I had purchased one of the foldable toothbrushes for travel when I went to change the brush head about 45 days later I didn't do it right and I broke the handle. I had already bought replacement brush heads. I emailed the company about a replacement handle since I didn't see any at the retailer. They said that they did not sell them separately and then offered to send me a replacement travel toothbrush and they also explained how to change the brush head when it wore out....
