Under new ownership ! I went to visit my friend - I met the owner who was lovely and all the staff were loving caring and gentle with the guests there who all looked happy and enjoying their day. That says it all ! The home smelt clean and fresh

I would just like to say a big thankyou to Sharon, Karen and Susie along with all the lovely Nurses and Doctor there at the Dementia unit at the Home for looking after my Father Michael Davies who sadly passed away last week. You all did a fantastic job of looking after Dad while in your care. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Arran Court to anybody who needs Specialist Care as was the case for Dad. We definitely do not recommend. Helpful and communicative until the person moves in... and then just the opposite. Quite eye-opening to learn how our elderly are "cared" for first hand and what is deemed as acceptable. UPDATE...things have improved over the last month. More communicative and helpful.
