I recently had a great experience with RadioShack Charlevoix. I dropped off two PlayStation 2 consoles for repair last August. One was a quick fix, and I picked it up promptly. The other required parts, so they kept it until everything arrived. Despite me relocating, they stayed in touch and patiently held my console until I could receive it by mail. I was able to get my phone fixed in less than one day, from reaching out to picking up my fixed phone. Very prompt, kind, and reasonable price.
Outstanding staff and service! Michael L. was so knowledgeable and patient and not only helped us with an iPhone screen replacement, but also helped us through another complicated iPhone issue we were having. He was able to get everything up and running again and we are so thankful for the expertise at RadioShack in Charlevoix! Such a pleasant experience. Thank you!!
Great service!!! They quickly addressed & fixed my miscellaneous tech issues & questions. As a sixty something, I appreciated the respect I was shown even though my tech knowledge is limited. I will be going to there for local future tech support.
