Great service!!! They quickly addressed & fixed my miscellaneous tech issues & questions. As a sixty something, I appreciated the respect I was shown even though my tech knowledge is limited. I will be going to there for local future tech support.
My husband's computer charger broke on his older style Mac. We called around Petoskey to try and find one, but couldn't get it for a couple days, and he needed it right away. Had a steam deck repair there recently. When I called they didn’t even know what one was, but they took the task and fixed it fast. Claimed I may lose my data, but all the data is still in tact. I Will take my future tech repairs there more often. :)
This place is run by certified sparkie nuts. They know everything electrical, what they don’t know, isn’t important. They fix phones, computers, old appliances, if it’s got a plug or battery, they got you covered. Repair rates are very reasonable. No hint of post Covid gouging. Go there, we need these guys.
