Sharing this here too since many of the appointments were at radiology office: Waited an hour just to go over blood work, the dr I had appt with wasn't even there they sched me to see nurse without telling me, wanted to see doc had some questions, so left. They charged me still no word about refund (why do they charge before services rendered?). Never got refund despite no service rendered. I had a 4PM MRI appointment today. I arrived at 3:30 to check in and was immediately dismissed by your male front desk employee. He did not let me speak, waved a laser pointer at me, and stayed on his phone instead of helping. Flashing a laser pointer at my face is offensive and demeaning.
