I have worked in restaurants since I was 16...20 years later still working in hospitality and at a karaoke bar cutting loose and finding myself transported. The customer service here is the best I have experienced maybe anywhere (I grew up in NYC and have to been to K town many times). So grateful for the crew here who made sure we were well taken care of, that webcould charge our phones and that all the equipment in our room was PERFECT. THANK YOU!!!
Whenever I come to new york this is always a place I like to stop at! Shauna at the front desk was very nice giving us amazing hospitality throughout our time there! If you need to place to hang out w friends, this is the perfect place!
When you take 15 kids from Broadway to a karaoke place, it's the most exciting thing you could ever imagine. This place is amazing. My group came late on a Sunday night and we had such an incredible time. Thanks to the staff and everyone that was there . If they had food or snacks, it would have helped a little bit. So that is my only recommendation
My go to Karaoke place. So happy to discover this place.
Literally amazing. They were so nice and have incredible service. They even brought me a compatible charger for my phone for free when I asked. Karaoke was 10/10 the song selection was large and the mics looks good. Rooms are clean and they have 2 TVs even in small rooms which is nice.
