Horrible company, I called 12 hours before to schedule a pick up, then verified it 3 times every few hours. I had an important flight and needed to be taking to groome. Well when the time comes for my cab nothing. I call to see how far out it was and was told that there wouldn’t be a cab for a while. The dispatcher needs to be fired. Radio Co-op Taxi in Columbus, GA, Rex Hardy states that cab drivers and limousine drivers are excluded from having a handi-cap tag or decal displayed or on the passenger who is handicapped being transported. I spoke to Columbus Police Department and they also believes that O.C.G.A. § 40-6-226 excludes cab drivers. Drivers are rude and mean, the cars are crappy and in disrepair. They are very unprofessional. Their prices are similar to many in town, but I do NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY.
