I ordered a TowelRads Curved Towel Radiator - it was delivered fast, and delivery communication was good. Unfortunately, due to no fault of Radiators.co.uk, the radiator was very slightly damaged. I contacted the Company and spoke to Reece - he was very pleasant on the phone, and asked me to email a copy of the radiator damage to him. Still waiting for delivery! Nearly two weeks for a radiator is ridiculous. No delivery date on the order acknowledgement or invoice and contact from them has been non-existant
Thought I was doing the right thing ordering an imperial radiator replacement instead of saving £150 and getting the nearest Metric equivalent. Waited a couple of weeks before chasing it up, only to be told it's not in stock and I'll get it after they get it, no estimated delivery date. I appreciate that an imperial radiator isn't going to be the most in demand item to get, but it wouldn't have taken much effort to inform me without having to wait for me to get in touch after taking my order and money. I ordered a radiator which turned up 3 or 4 days later. Fair price. Answered a query when I called them. No issues at all.
