Liana is kind and compassionate-she took time to sit with me and ask about the pain I was experiencing and what steps she would take in our session. She is very knowledgeable about fascia and how the body works as a whole and talked about what she was finding as she applied gentle pressure to specific areas. She has a light touch which is calming and effective. I felt safe and respected. I will definitely be going back. I highly recommend her!
