I would like to offer my most enthusiastic recommendation for Lark Gibson's Yoga practice. I have been studying one-on-one with Lark for around five years. We started on Zoom, and it has worked so well that we continue to use this modality to this day. Prior to learning with Lark, I had no experience with Yoga. I recently had the pleasure of hosting a sacred feminine day retreat at Radiant Spirit Retreats and I cannot recommend this space enough. It’s an easy one-hour drive from East Madison, far enough to feel like you’re truly retreating from the busyness of the city. I experienced a beautiful day curated just for me. A surprise birthday retreat with my favorite people. It started with yoga and meditation outside and then inside for a light lunch provided by Lark. After lunch we headed outside again to walk the grounds and spend time reflecting and appreciating the moment. The day ended with essential oils and hand massages. The grounds and buildings provide the perfect landscape for a retreat. I highly recommend!
Would highly recommend booking a retreat with Lark! We had the most phenomenal day and she tailored the day to us! I e never felt better than after her yoga class! The space and property is beautiful!
Lark led a beautiful day of slowing down, breathing deeply and recalibrating. Yoga, meditation, journaling, hand massaging, essential oils…and the perfect farm-fresh lunch. She put together a truly special experience to celebrate our friend’s birthday.
