Her knowledge of the human anatomy, injury management, treatment and rehabilitation is exceptional. RP&P holds regular Pilates sessions, on site physiotherapy appointments and has a large range of equipment and good facilities. Located in the main street of Capel, it's easy to get to. Make sure you book ahead. Highly recommended.
