I appreciated the professionalism at this med spa through my interaction with them over the phone to schedule an appointment with Monika, when being greeted by Crystal at the front desk and when meeting Sydney, whom did my Pico laser. The Pico laser was not painful, a quick procedure and reasonably priced. I'm looking forward to trying the other services that they offer at this med spa.
Had an awesome first Botox experience! Crystal settled me in right away and prepped me. Cindy (RN) really calmed my nerves as I am afraid of needles and she took time and patience to walk me thru what the process will be like and got me 2 stress balls and kept the conversation flowing so I am distracted and within 10mins I was done! Honestly I barely felt anything as Cindy has magic hands. Now 2 weeks later everyone is commenting how the lines on my forehead disappeared and that I am glowing 😊
I called their office this past week and was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment this weekend! (A holiday weekend, no less) Clinic space was very clean, I did most of my paperwork online prior to my appointment. The nurse answered all my questions, and the procedure was very quick. Since my appointment was today, I don’t actually know what my results are, but service was good and very efficient.
I’m a big fan of skin med spas — I’ve done Botox, fillers, and Ultherapy regularly, and I have my go-to clinic in Pleasanton. A friend recommended this place, so I decided to give it a try. I had an appointment at 12:30 and arrived a little late at 12:35. I take full responsibility for being a few minutes late, but I did call ahead to ask about parking since there were signs that made it unclear where to park. 100/10 I was so nervous and they comforted me. I got Russian lips 1 syringe and I literally look like a Barbie doll. They listen to you and are honest and it doesn’t look fake looks natural but big and plump the way you want! I def recommend going here amazing service. Really nice staff I was so nervous at first and they made me so comfortable ❤️
