She will work around your experience level, interests, and needs to customize your sessions and share her gifts in a way that is most helpful to you. She also often offers discounts on a first session so you can try Reiki and see if it's for you. I was a first timer with interest in learning about alternative healing practices (but not sure they would do anything for me) and I have gotten a lot out of the two sessions I've had with her!

She intuitively picked up on exactly what I needed, and I left the session feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply refreshed.
