Gave an extra star because it sounds like the actual massage therapists are great. But I wouldn't know personally because the owner has a dispute with Groupon and so the vouchers are no good. Lara offered the same price but it's disappointing and frustrating that clients are being told we all have to deal with customer service to request credits. Second time going here, My first experience with Lonna was great and I could tell she really made an effort in making me feel comfortable/ acknowledged where my problem and focus areas were, id definitely recommend her. I do however only recommend her so far, I went back and rebooked with another individual who was a little rude and did not seem to care much for the massage or how i was feeling. Lara and staff are amazing! On top of giving the best massage I ever had, they are very professional, intuitive and kind.
Horrible experience they wouldn't even setup an appointment because 3 years ago I bought too my groupons and I ended up canceling one of them.
