One of the worst companies for customer service. I have been trying to get in contact with them for a week in regards to an order for a customer that is needed before Christmas and nobody has gotten back to me. Disappointed to say the least.
This place is bad, stay away from them or you will regret there service.
Unprofessional and irresponsible !!! I have used this company for my shipment that came from overseas. Because of they try to protect their $120, I paid 775 dollars. What happened was; my shipment came from overseas friday and they supposed to inform me the last free pick-up date !! Instead, they inform me Monday that I should pick-up my shipment end of the day. So, I only had 8 hours to complete the proccess and this was impossible because I was away. So, I picked-up my shipment one day late that cost me $775. When I talked... read more
