Positive experience! I went in for Botox and it was quick, painless, easy and for a reasonable price. The space is clean and cute, and the staff was friendly.
Had prz ez-gel at their Brooklyn location. Unfortunately I ended up with what seems to be permanent discoloration under my eyes from a poor injection technique making me look far worse than before I ever stepped into that office which I regret. The messed up part is that I reached out several times before writing this review, and requested a follow-up to see if there’s any way they could help me. And they did not care or make a single effort to rectify the situation. Beware of that before you book here.
